# Project Overview

## What is Amasa?

Amasa is DeFi on easy mode. A simple and automated way for users to channel earnings on web3 into a custom portfolio, to stabilize or amplify value over time.

Amasa’s mission is to empower people everywhere to capture and capitalise on the wealth building potential of web3 income streams and DeFi. We are working to increase adoption of web3 platforms that reward participants for their gaming, time, energy, attention, content, data and interactions.

The opportunity for anyone, anywhere to access new ways to earn is made possible through an explosion of web3 apps with native tokens, communities, and DeFi innovation.

But with this comes layers of

* complexity
* volatility
* security risks
* and hard decisions for anyone new to DeFi

Amasa is on a mission to support the growth of a web3 income earning future by working to solve the biggest barriers to web3 earning adoption

* reducing complexity
* stabilising against negative volatility
* making DeFi easier to access
* community input into portfolio options and features of an evolving platform

The Amasa app aims to make web3 income streams easy to capture, combine and access as a stabilised income, or amplify through user-selected DeFi investment options.

**Combine. Stabilise. Amplify. All in the background of everyday life.**
