Auto-deposits enable users to setup a seamless flow of web3 earnings into their Amasa portfolio.
For auto-deposits to work for a user, eligible tokens being earned need to be paid into the wallet used to create their Amasa portfolio, or be sent to that wallet by the user.
When setting up, the user will approve each eligible token for auto-deposit, and set a limit on how many tokens can be auto-deposited. This limit can be customized by the user. It is recommended to set a higher limit than total expected earnings of the token over a reasonable time period. Once the limit is hit on a single auto-deposit token, all auto-deposits will pause for the user. An alert will show in the user dashboard, and the limit can easily be increased from the Auto Deposit page.
Access the Auto Deposit page using the 'Set up now' button in 'My Web3 Incomes' box ( top right ) or from the sidebar menu link named Auto Deposit.
Toggle on tokens from the list that you have earned or plan to earn from the token provider platform or app, then click Proceed. Note this list is the first version for beta - it will grow and tokens may be added or removed based on eligibility factors which for currently are:
Token has liquidity on decentralized exchanges on Arbitrum One and can be swapped via 1inch into all assets available in Auto Allocation portfolios.
Project providing the token is legitimate and has a user base and community
Review the popup modal, click proceed to execute the setup using the connected MetaMask wallet.
The custom spending cap limit has a preset value. The user can change this limit to be higher or lower. It is recommended to set a higher limit than total expected earnings of the token over a reasonable time period. Once set, proceed with the transaction.
NOTE - if you have selected more than one token for auto-deposit, the MetaMask approvals and limit settings will stack one after another to be executed.
Approved auto-deposit tokens will be visible in user dashboard in the 'My Web3 Incomes' box. At any time approvals can be removed, by going back into the Auto Deposit page, toggling off a token and proceeding to set the approval spending cap limit for the token to zero.
